Whisky is one of the most varied liquors on the market. Blended whiskies are made by combining single malt whiskies and grain whiskeys, and sometimes neutral spirits or colourings. Grain whiskies are made from any type of grain that is not malted barley. The most noteable grain whiskeys are bourbon or rye whiskies.

Single malt whiskies are the creme de la creme of the whisky world. A single malt whisky is made with one type of grain, usually barley, and is created in just one distillery. Usually made in Scotland, Australia has really stepped up it's game in terms of whiskey production.

Fun Fact: Notice the different spellings of the word. If the product is produced in Scotland, it's spelled Whisky. If it's made anywhere else in the world, it's actually Whiskey.
